Solution Overview

Telematico Corporation initial engagement with the client was to deploy a PBX system. The PBX system will manage the routing and advance calling features for inbound and outbound calls. Also, this PBX system have a cloud feature which is UCMRC that can connect different branches using this cloud.

Additionally, Telematico corporation deployed a GSM gateway to route their calls using their SIM card and also this gateway have a SMS software that also needed by the client.
