Our 8x5x4 support system is based on 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Saturday-Sunday and public holidays. Our certified engineers will identify the faults through phone call; within business hours, if confirm hardware failure, faulty equipment will be replaced. (Metro Manila Only)

Our 8x5xNBD support system is based on 9am – 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Saturday-Sunday and public holidays. Our certified engineers will identify the faults through phone; within business hours, if confirm hardware failure, faulty equipment will be replaced.
